Dazzcom with the collaboration of leaders in the field is pleased to present this proposal to the Government of for the provision of World Health Access’ vaccination and testing certificates to travelers to the world in support of applicable Government mandates.
World Health Access is a block chain validated electronic certificate of a traveler's health history which enables travelers to authorize their physicians, laboratories, and/or clinics to securely upload their vaccination history, pathogen or anti-body testing results, and other health history to World Health Access' secure block chain validated health record registry which meets EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards as well as U.S. HIPAA requirements.
